Declared authorship

# Who writes the StreetHosting guides

Technical content is worth exactly what the person signing it is worth. Here you find the role, the experience and what backs the credentials of whoever answers for what we publish.

 Quick answer

The StreetHosting guides are written by the team that runs the servers and answers the support of the company. Every guide carries the publication date, the date of the last update and the difficulty level, and the byline leads to this page, where you find the role and the credentials of whoever answers for the content.

Technical content without authorship is content nobody has to defend. This page exists for the other side: to say who writes, what that person does every day and what backs what they claim. If a procedure from here takes your server down, you know who to hold accountable.

The rule we follow when filling this list is boring on purpose. Only credentials that can be checked get in. We would rather sign as a team than invent a specialist, because a pretty name with nothing behind it fools the reader and solves nothing.

Infrastructure and support team at StreetHosting

## Equipe StreetHosting

The team that runs the machines and answers the tickets is the same team that writes the guides. Much of what is published started as a support reply: the procedure we repeated every day in chat became a page, with the full step by step and without the part that only works inside our panel. The topics come from the daily operation of Minecraft servers, VPS and dedicated machines in São Paulo.

What backs the byline

* Servers in a Tier III datacenter in São Paulo, with AntiDDoS protection
* Operation of Ryzen VPS, bare metal dedicated servers, game servers and Discord bots
* Support in Portuguese by WhatsApp, Discord and ticket

## How a guide is made here

### Whoever writes is whoever operates

The guides come out of support. The procedure the team repeated in the tickets becomes a public page, with the complete step by step and without depending on our panel to work.

### Dates in plain sight

Every guide shows when it was published and when it was last updated. Technical content ages, and hiding the date is hiding the ageing.

### Declared level

Every guide says whether it is for beginners, intermediate or advanced readers, and opens with a quick answer. Someone who only needs the command should not have to read three sections to find it.

### Errors get fixed

If a guide is wrong or outdated, tell us through support. A content fix joins the same queue as a server problem, because a wrong instruction breaks a real machine.

## Found an error in a guide?

Talk to us. A wrong technical instruction costs the time of whoever followed it, so a fix joins the same queue as a server ticket. If you prefer, start from the Guides Hub and see what is already published.
