If it does not meet your expectations, request a refund within the legal deadline through the official StreetHosting channel. ## What the 7-day guarantee is[](https://streethosting.com.br/en/guides/minecraft/minecraft-hosting-money-back-guarantee#o-que-e-a-garantia) It is the right of withdrawal set out in Brazil's Consumer Protection Code (Código de Defesa do Consumidor) for purchases made online. In practice, you have up to seven calendar days after signing up to back out and ask for your money back if the hosting is not what you expected. * It applies to new Minecraft hosting contracts. * It does not replace a normal cancellation after the deadline. * A proportional deduction may apply if usage was heavy during the period. Automatic renewals and services with specific terms may follow different rules. Read the plan terms before you confirm payment. ## How to request a refund[](https://streethosting.com.br/en/guides/minecraft/minecraft-hosting-money-back-guarantee#como-pedir-reembolso) 1. Go to the client area or open a ticket on Discord. 2. Choose the billing department. 3. Give the reason and the details of your contract. 4. Wait for validation and processing, which takes up to 72 hours. 5. The refund goes back to the same payment method used for the purchase. Requests made outside the official channels do not enter the refund queue. Always use a ticket or the client area so your request is on record. ## What to test during the period[](https://streethosting.com.br/en/guides/minecraft/minecraft-hosting-money-back-guarantee#o-que-testar-no-periodo) Use the 7 days to validate what really matters in the day-to-day life of the server: player latency, stability with plugins, backups and how quickly support responds. * Join with friends from different cities and measure ping. * Install the plugins or mods you plan to use in production. * Simulate a player peak at the hours your audience plays. * Test a backup restore from the control panel. * Open a support ticket to see how fast the team replies. Yes. Minecraft Fácil and Pro plans fall under the 7-day right of withdrawal set by the CDC (Brazil's Consumer Protection Code), as long as the request is made within the deadline. Do I need to cancel before asking for a refund? Open a ticket with the billing department and explain the reason. The team will guide you through the cancellation and the refund through the official channel. Can I test plugins and mods during the guarantee? Yes. The period exists precisely so you can validate performance, ping and support with the real load of your project.
